SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Contrix Render (the "Service"), a platform available at contrixrender.com, owned and operated by Contrix Systems FZE ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Proprietary Technology & Intellectual Property

The Service, including but not limited to its user interfaces, operational logic, processing workflows, backend command architecture, automated prompt systems, brand assets, and proprietary algorithms, is the exclusive property of Contrix Systems FZE. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, bypass security architecture, or scrape backend system processes is strictly prohibited and will result in:

• Immediate termination of the user account
• Potential legal action under applicable UAE law

3. The "Job" & Subscription System

• Definition: A "Job" is a single automated execution of AI processing completed by the platform interface.
• Usage Limits: Subscriptions provide a specific daily allocation of Jobs depending on the plan selected.
• Non-Cumulative Policy: Daily Job limits reset every morning. Unused Jobs do not roll over and are permanently expired.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Except where required by applicable law, purchases and subscriptions on Contrix Render are non-refundable once digital cloud computing resources or AI processing capacity have been consumed.

In the event of a verified technical failure on our end that prevents job completion, affected Jobs will be restored to the user's account.

You may cancel or stop using your active license at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your active plan until the end of your current billing cycle.

4.1 Billing & Manual Renewal

Contrix Render subscriptions do not renew automatically by default. At the end of each billing period, continued access requires the user’s explicit confirmation and payment for the next period.

• Users are responsible for renewing their license before or after the expiry date if they wish to continue using paid features.
• Failure to renew may result in loss of access to paid features, while account data may remain available according to platform retention rules.
• Any future automatic renewal option, if introduced, will require clear user consent before activation.
• We may update prices or plan terms in the future, but such changes will apply only to future purchases or renewals unless required otherwise by law.

5. User Inputs and Generated Content

• You are solely responsible for the content, 3D renders, CAD drawings, sketches, or images you upload, generate, or distribute using the Service.
• You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and must not impair or damage the platform.
• Architectural Disclaimer: The Service provides automated design outputs based on user-driven configurations. We do not guarantee legal, structural, or technical accuracy of generated content. The user retains full professional liability for reviewing and validating outputs.

5.1 Infrastructure & Processing

Certain platform operations may rely on third-party cloud or AI processing infrastructure to execute requested tasks securely and efficiently.

5.2 Acceptable Use Policy

Users may not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, harmful, misleading, infringing, or malicious purposes, including generating illegal, deceptive, or unauthorized content.

5.3 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years old or have authorization from a legal guardian, educational institution, or authorized organization to use the Service.

5.4 Service Availability

Service availability may vary due to scheduled maintenance, infrastructure limitations, security updates, or third-party provider interruptions.

5.5 Confidentiality of Generated Outputs

All files, uploads, and outputs generated through your use of the Service are strictly private and confidential by default. Contrix Render will never share, publish, display, or distribute your content in any form without your consent. The only exception is if you voluntarily choose to submit your work to the Contrix Public Gallery through the in-platform submission option — in which case your selected content may be published publicly following admin review and approval.

6. Limitation of Liability

Contrix Systems FZE and its management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the United Arab Emirates.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
