• Ownership: All source images, 3D views, or sketches uploaded by you, and the resulting visual outputs generated, remain your exclusive professional property. We claim no ownership over your designs.
• Processing: User assets are processed securely through dedicated cloud infrastructure. These systems temporarily process the data to execute your commands and generate the requested output.

3. Security & Confidentiality

We implement strict industry-standard security protocols to safeguard your account data and project files. User data is strictly confidential and is never shared, leased, or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. However, please note that no digital transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

3.1 Third-Party AI Infrastructure

Some platform features may utilize third-party AI infrastructure or cloud-based processing services to execute user-requested operations securely and efficiently.

3.2 AI Training Policy

User-uploaded content is not used to train proprietary AI systems without explicit user consent. We do not intentionally submit user content for model training by third-party AI providers. Third-party processing, when used, is limited to completing the operation requested by the user.

Contrix Render will never share, publish, or distribute your content in any form without your consent. The only exception is if you voluntarily choose to submit your work to the Contrix Public Gallery through the in-platform submission option — in which case your selected content may be published publicly following admin review and approval.
